Job Description:
As a Rehab Nursing Tech at Encompass Health Corporation, you
play a crucial role in providing comprehensive, compassionate care
in our rehab settings. By joining our team, you become part of a

and home-based patient care. In this role, you will assist in
supporting our rehabilitation patients through their recovery
processes, ensuring that all clinical guidelines are followed, and
working closely with registered nurses and therapists to deliver
patient care in accordance with our high standards. Assist patients
with daily activities, such as dressing, bathing, and eating.
Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing
staff. Provide support in patient mobility, including transfers and
ambulation. Help maintain a clean and safe environment for
patients. Document patient activities and health details
accurately. Participate in therapeutic activities designed by
therapists. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and
team members. Strong interpersonal communication skills Ability to
follow clinical instructions Detail-oriented with capability to
keep accurate records Physical stamina for working on feet for most
of the day Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred. BLS/CPR
certification required within the first 90 days of hire.
