Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic
team. We are committed to providing top-quality rehabilitation
therapy services across a network of healthcare facilities,
specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this
role, you will support our mission to enhance patient recovery and
improve health outcomes by assisting lead Physical Therapists in
the execution of therapy programs tailored to individual needs.
Assist Physical Therapists in the development and implementation of
treatment plans. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as
needed under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Educate
patients and their families about treatment plans and ongoing
management strategies. Maintain equipment and ensure therapy spaces
are clean and organized. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in
patient assessment and report observations to the supervising
therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient
in using therapy equipment and implementing treatment plans Ability
to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented
with strong documentation and organizational skills Empathetic and
patient-centered approach to care Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant
state license CPR certification recommended
