Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio,

12 Experience: 2 years of Med-Surg/Telemetry experience required
License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS
required; ACLS and CPI preferred Must-Have: - IV starts and general
nursing skills - Patient monitoring and labs - Medication
administration and patient education - EPIC experience Description:
Responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in
the Med-Surg/Telemetry unit. Demonstrate strong nursing skills and
knowledge in managing multiple patients. Ensure patient safety and
comfort through diligent monitoring and care. Work collaboratively
with a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist in the administration
of medications. Educate patients and families regarding treatment
plans and health management. Be prepared to float to other units as
needed. Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning.
Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment. Provide
care for patients with brain and spinal cord injuries. Monitor and
respond to changing patient conditions promptly. Implement
infection prevention protocols and safety measures. Utilize
appropriate medical equipment and assistive devices effectively. 5
