Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,913 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Opportunity – RN Med Surg Tele – Ohio Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Highlights: Patient ratio of 1:5 across all shifts 31-bed unit with 24 average daily census, including 3 high acuity rehab beds with telemetry EPIC charting system required 36 hours of orientation provided Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response, PT, respiratory services, and pharmacy Modern equipment including ceiling lifts and stand assist devices Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred EPIC experience required Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of submission Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or formal supervisor Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon booking Patient Population & Care Focus: Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Primary diagnoses include brain injury, spinal cord injury, and oncology Skills utilized include telemetry monitoring, IV starts, medication administration, wound care, patient education, and specialized rehab nursing May be required to float to different units within the organization as needed Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a progressive acute care environment with a specialized focus on rehabilitation and telemetry.
