Key responsibilities in this position include: Supervising and guiding field staff while serving as a link between field and office personnel. Directly managing the Clinical Field Staff within the designated POD, assigning tasks and objectives, and setting clear metrics for evaluating performance against goals. Fostering a motivating work environment that encourages and rewards high performance among the Clinical Field Staff. Monitoring clinicians through HCHB reports. Continuously updating Clinical Records related to communications, orders, re-hospitalizations, and conflicts. Assessing and addressing customer concerns, including documentation and resolution processes. Collaborating with sales staff regarding customer issues that may impact referral relationships. Evaluating client episodes to determine the appropriateness of discharges versus recertification and initiating orders as necessary. Reviewing staff schedules to ensure productivity, communicating staff availability to the PSC, and providing the Clinical Manager with weekly productivity projections. We seek a compassionate Clinical Field Staff Supervisor who possesses: A minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in home care or a related setting. At least one year of management experience is preferred. An Associate’s Degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
