Details : The Cardiac Care Unit at Mon Health Medical Center is a
10-bed unit that primarily cares for cardiothoracic surgery
patients including CABGs, open valve replacements, thoracotomies,
carotid endarterectomies, etc. Other types of patients that may be
cared for in the Cardiac Care Unit include, but are not limited to,
complicated cardiac cath lab patients, medical cardiology patients,
STEMIs, cardiogenic shock patients, and post-code patients. Special
Equipment : - Tier2 Travel Compliance SSN and DOB should be
included on application at time of submittal RTO should be included
on application at time of submittal Minimum 2 YEARS RN EXPERIENCE
required WV OR COMPACT LICENSE - PENDING LICENSE ACCEPTABLE
Candidates must have perm address greater than 100 miles from
facility to submit! Facility will consider between 75 to 100 miles
on a case-by-case basis. Rate will be the same. Minimum 2 Manager
or Charge References within the past 2 years Certifications should
be listed on application at time of submittal BLS, ACLS, PALS
Certifications must be via American Heart Association, if the
Certification is required by the unit. Any previous probationary
actions on license will be considered on case-by-case basis. Perm
employees CANNOT RETURN AS TRAVELERS FOR 2 YEARS AFTER LAST DATE
WORKED PERM. Current Vandalia Health System employees: please note,
if candidate is currently employed at any Vandalia Health System
facility (CAMC Health Systems, Mon Health Systems, Davis Medical
Center, Broaddus Hospital, Webster Memorial Hospital, Grafton City
Hospital, Highland-Clarksburg Hospital, Minnie Hamilton Health
