Provides or oversees ongoing assessment of claimant's/client's rehabilitation. Prepares, transmits, and maintains measurement and assessment records. Reports tests, assessments, and measurements to interdisciplinary teams as requested. Participates in writing and presentation of individual claimant/client treatment plans. Formulates goals and plans appropriate physical therapy treatment. Plans periodic reassessment of claimant/client progress and revises plans as necessary. Participates in ongoing continuing education and in-service training. Engages in research projects and program development. Trains pre-clinical and clinical physical therapy students, licensed physical therapy assistants, and therapy aides. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
