Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 5 days Start Date: ASAP About the Position BACKGROUND HITS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION Unit OR Tech - Suites 8 OR Suites and 1 cysto Rm - Average of cases per day 15-25 cases per day including both inpatient and same-day-surgery - Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS?) BLS, ACLS - Common Cases General, ortho, urology (approx 70% of cases), ortho, vascular, podiatry, and more Duties - Experience or 'Must have' skills "Must have 1 year of experience - Must have Ortho- total joints, urology, and robotics experience" C-section experience required - Scrubbing required - RN's Scrub experience is a plus - Charge Nurse/House Supervisor Charge and Manager, available as resources, charge may be asked to go into staffing - OR techs 9 Surgical Techs, 3 Assists - EMR Cerner, transitioning to Epic in April 2025 - Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?) 5- 8 hr shifts from 7:30 OR 4- 10 hr shifts from 7-5 - Weeknight/Call Requirements 1x / week, starting at 5 PM to to beginning of next shift - Weekend/Call Requirements 1 weekend every month, end of Fri to beginning of shift Mon - Holiday/Call Requirements May be asked to go into Holiday Call Rotation - What is call response time? 30 mins - Floating Requirements None - Scrub Color/Dress Code scrubs provided, asked to arrive presentable to hospital - Unit/Department specific orientation 3-5 days with a preceptor
