Location Ohio Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract
position. Schedule Night shift, 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts (7:00
PM - 7:30 AM) Job Description We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg
Telemetry Nurse with recent experience to provide excellent patient
care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs, interpreting
ECGs, and implementing care plans in collaboration with the
multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Monitor, assess, and
document patient conditions accurately. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and
healthcare teams to optimize patient care. Maintain a safe and
clean environment for patients. Educate patients and families on
health conditions and care plans. Required Experience /
Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg
Telemetry nursing experience. A current Permanent Ohio RN license
or Compact State license is required. American Red Cross Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
certifications required. Epic electronic health record experience
is mandatory. Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and
SafeMedicate during orientation. Two recent references from a
manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty are
