Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience. Minimum of 18 months
perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel Must have experience with
vein harvesting MUST have RNFA certification MUST HAVE PERM Ohio
Active RN License OR Compact RN License. AHA BLS required *TWO
recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in
the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
