Description: We are currently seeking a Locum Tenens Urgent Care
Physician for coverage at the Client’s Center in Massillon, Ohio.
This high-priority opportunity offers a consistent 12-hour shift
schedule and will provide critical support until a full-time
physician is onboard. Job Responsibilities: Provide direct,
high-quality urgent care to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat
a wide range of non-emergent conditions Work independently during
12-hour shifts (single physician coverage) Collaborate with an APP
(Advanced Practice Provider) team for patient care Use CareCloud
EMR for documentation and patient records Maintain clear and
professional communication with clinical and administrative staff
Follow established clinical protocols and uphold OVP Health
standards of care ? Working Hours: Shift: 12-hour shifts, 10:00 AM
– 10:00 PM, daily Weekend Requirement: Yes Schedule flexibility
available (7-on/7-off, 5 days/week, or alternative models) Skills:
Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills Ability to
manage a high-volume urgent care setting (50–60 patients/day)
Effective communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable
working independently in a single-physician model Proficient with
CareCloud EMR (or ability to learn quickly)
