Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN First Assist for a travel nursing job in Canton, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: First Assist - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 12/05/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel HIGHLIGHTS: - Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience - Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel - Must have experience with vein harvesting - MUST have RNFA certification - MUST HAVE PERM Ohio Active RN License OR Compact RN License - AHA BLS required - Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled - Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview - Cleveland Clinic accepts locals at the same BR - Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date - Facility has a strict DO NOT call policy ADDITIONAL DETAILS: - TWO recent references from a manager, AND, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission - ONE reference from a supervisor or physician is REQUIRED for RNFA/CSFA positions - Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending - PBDS Assessment is waived - ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required - Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled - BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case - Facility does not accept any license hits - Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements (EFFECTIVE 9/30/22) - All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE About Premier Medical Staffing Services Premier Medical Staffing Services, LLC is a nationally expanding healthcare staffing firm for healthcare professionals and companies.
