About The Position We are seeking a qualified Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to provide specialized consults and perform procedures within a hospital setting. Ideal candidates will be board-certified in Gastroenterology and ready to handle a schedule that includes both weekday and weekend responsibilities, with critical coverage needs. Job Details - Location: Pennsylvania - Start Date: Jul 21, 2025 - LOA: 78 days - Provider Type Needed: Gastroenterologist - Schedule: - Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM hospital consults and procedures, with unrestricted call from 4:30 PM to 7 AM - Friday-Sunday: 24-hour unrestricted call Responsibilities and Duties - Provide 24-hour call coverage on a 7 on/7 off basis - Conduct hospital consultations and perform gastroenterology procedures during designated hours - Manage a variety of cases, ensuring patient safety and high standards of care - Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and management of patient records Additional Information - Required Board Certifications: Gastroenterology - Must be licensed to practice in Pennsylvania - Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required Apply now to learn more!
