seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for a brief locum tenens
assignment in Indiana, beginning Jul 11, 2025, for a duration of 2
days. This role will involve morning shifts from 8:00 am to noon,
primarily focusing on family practice with responsibilities that
include prescribing medications and consults, ensuring
comprehensive patient care. Job Details Location: Indiana Start
Date: Jul 11, 2025 LOA: 2 days Provider Type Needed: Family Nurse
Practitioner Schedule: Two Fridays from 8:00 am to noon
Responsibilities and Duties Prescribe necessary medications to
patients Conduct thorough consultations and recommend home care
routines for patients Ensure all patients are seen and complete
charting before the end of the day Maintain punctuality and manage
time effectively to meet the needs of patients Additional
Information Experience with Athenahealth EMR system Must be
licensed in Indiana Some experience with pediatric patients
