The role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2 pm, focusing on clinic coverage, BLS injury care, documentation, testing, and reporting. Job Details Location: Indiana Start Date: Jul 7, 2025 LOA (Length of Assignment): 5 days Provider Type Needed: Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 am-2 pm Responsibilities and Duties Perform clinic coverage and oversee the general health of employees. Provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and manage injury care. Handle documentation related to injuries and BLS. Conduct necessary medical testing and reporting as required. Additional Information Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Indiana. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Experience in Occupational Medicine is essential.
