Assignment Length: 13 Weeks Job Description: The Medical Laboratory
Technician (MLT) is responsible for accurately performing and
reporting laboratory procedures in accordance with established
quality assurance protocols. The role includes specimen collection,
instrument maintenance, documentation, and serving as a point of
contact for laboratory-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical lab testing with precision and attention to detail
Maintain equipment and ensure accurate recordkeeping Prioritize
workload and problem-solve under pressure Deliver high-quality
service in a fast-paced environment Exhibit excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Diffuse high-tension situations with
professionalism and tact Required Qualifications: MLT Certification
