Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified Med/Surg RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44124! Pay Information
$3,441 per week About The Position Monitor and assess telemetry
patients for changes in cardiac rhythms and overall condition
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring
safety and compliance with protocols Collaborate with
interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient
care Document patient information and clinical data accurately in
the electronic medical record 27910783EXPTEMP Job Requirements
Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent MS/Tele experience required
prior to travel Must have permanent OHIO or Compact State RN
license in hand at time of submission – no exceptions
Certifications Required: AHA BLS & AHA ACLS Candidates must
successfully complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and
SafeMedicate assessment during orientation (acceptable scores
