This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about improving patients’ mobility, reducing pain, and promoting overall wellness. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or dealing with chronic pain. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients’ physical abilities and needs. - Develop and implement customized treatment plans aimed at restoring function and mobility. - Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to maximize patient outcomes. - Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. - Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and lifestyle changes to maintain their progress. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation. Qualifications: - Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent. - Active Physical Therapist license. - Experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues. - Dedication to providing high-quality patient care.
