Ensure adherence to DOH regulations and guidelines. Provides direct resident care as needed. Direct and supervise the day-to-day function of the nursing staff. Manage the flow of care. Attend nursing leadership meetings. All other duties as assigned.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program. 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care/long term care setting is preferred. 1-2 years supervisory experience preferred. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of PA Ability to work with a team.
