Part-time, 34 hours/weekM-F DaysOnsite Boston Hts, OHSummary:The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated. Responsibilities:

• Evaluates and treats patients referred and provides instructions and assistance to patient's families as indicated.
• Effectively works with and supervises physical therapist assistants and students.
• Provides documentation for medical records/insurance needs.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the patients served regardless of age.
• Other duties as required. Other information:Technical Expertise
• Experience in physical therapy is required.
• Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Education and Experience
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required. Masters or Doctorate preferred.
• Certification: Ohio Physical Therapist licensure is required.
• Years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years is preferred.
• Years of experience supervising: None. On Call FTE: 0.400000Status: Onsite
