  • OH License
  • Minimum of 1.5 years recent CVOR RN experience
  • MUST have 1.5 years perm CVOR RN experience PRIOR to travel
  • AHA BLS
  • RNFA certificationOther Details:
    • Float to Main OR when case volume is low
