• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• CNOR - Certified Nurse (OR)
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
• Tech Cert Verification - National for CSFA required - NBSTSA
  • Job Details
  • Monday- Friday= 80 hours per pay period.
  • Weekday and Weekend on-call and holiday on-call will be discussed during interview.
  • Float to Main OR if no CVOR cases are scheduled.
  • Minimum of 18 months recent CVOR experience.
  • Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR CSFA experience prior to travel
  • Must have experience with vein harvesting
    • Job Requirements
    • MUST have NBSTSA CSFA certification
    • **AHA BLS required
    • *TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission.
    • In addition to agency compliance, RNFA/CSFA will be required to complete additional credentialing through the facility directly prior to start in order to obtain privileges to work
      • Additional Details
      • Government-Issued Photo ID required; Must carry while on assignment.
      • Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start
