senior care.WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?As an STNA at Crandall Medical
Center in Sebring, you will be expected to provide high-quality
care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and
reporting any changes in health status to the nursing team. STNAs
provide bedside nursing care such as; bed baths, shower/tub baths,
shampoo, oral hygiene, combing hair, back care, dressing/undressing
resident, changing bed linen, shaving resident, grooming nails,
checking and changing briefs and/or Chux, provide peri care, AM and
HS care and other general care as needed. STNAs also provide
general nursing care which includes: positioning, lifting and
turning residents/utilizing special equipment such as mechanical
lift, assisting in use of bedpans, urinal, commode or bathroom,
ambulating the residents, applying special equipment such as
braces, slings, ted hose, etc.Your role as an STNA will involve
ensuring the comfort and safety of residents, promoting their
independence while adhering to care plans. Collaborating with the
healthcare team and maintaining accurate documentation are
essential aspects of the position. Your empathetic nature and
problem-solving abilities will be put to the test as you handle
various situations with professionalism and dedication. At Crandall
