early childhood mental health services, psychiatric care and
more.The community counseling department seeks an Early Childhood
Mental Health Therapist. The ideal candidate will be caring,
passionate, and promote social and emotional development in
children ages birth through six years old in communities throughout
Stark County. The ideal candidate will work a flexible schedule
(willing to work evenings and weekends), willing to travel and work
in various client settings: homes, schools, and communities, must
be willing to work independently.$3,000 Signing Bonus - $1,500 at 6
months, and $1,500 at one-yearThe Early Childhood Mental Health
Therapist at OhioGuidestone has the unique opportunity to provide
creative interventions in PLAY, ART, and MUSIC to support the
development and growth of the children and families we serve. The
Therapist will work with young clients from birth to age 6, as well
as families, in a variety of settings including clients' homes, in

Functions: Develops a therapeutic relationship with each client.
Provides individual, group or family therapy as needed. Available
for clinical consultation. Maintains ongoing frequent contact with
other assigned OhioGuidestone professionals, parents or outside
agency professionals assigned to case. Assumes a strong advocacy
role for clients and makes recommendations for clinical and support
services needed upon discharge. Actively participates in all
treatment conferences and meetings for the clients. Completes all
paperwork required by the agency within designated time frames
Assumes a leadership role in the interpretation and support of
agency policies. Participates in agency and community meetings as
needed. Attends conferences and workshops to maintain professional
competence.Performance/Physical Requirements: Work environment can
include an agency office, school-based setting, or in the community
including clients' homes English reading and writing skills
required Works flexible hours and is available for crisis
management by phone Computer literacy skills, including Windows
applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic database usage, as
well as basic typingQualifications:Minimum educational level is a
bachelor's degree in social work with an Ohio LSW. A Master's
degree, clinical experience LPC, MFT, LISW or LPCC or IMFT is
preferred. Must have a valid Ohio Driver's License and safe driving
record. Funding sources may require OhioGuidestone to hire an
advanced degreeAt OhioGuidestone we care about the health and
