The role involves collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance departments to optimize operations and uphold product quality.   Responsibilities
  
  
• Oversee plant operations for efficiency, safety, and performance.
  
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
  
• Ensure SOPs are followed across all operations.
  
• Manage maintenance systems, including CMMS.
  
• Maintain compliance with SQF and HACCP standards.
  
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure product quality.
  
• Manage documentation to meet regulatory standards.
  
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Develop and oversee budgets.
  
• Promote a positive work environment fostering teamwork and communication.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
  
• 10+ years in plant management within dairy or food processing industry.
  
• Experience with SOPs, CMMS, SQF, and HACCP.
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
  
• Proven problem-solving and results-driven abilities.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  
• Experience managing budgets and resources.
  
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
