About Our Client: Our client is a leading professional services and investment management company with global operations. They provide expert real estate and investment advice to clients.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the daily operations and maintenance of a premier Class A commercial property in the heart of downtown. This role is responsible for overseeing a high-performing team of 14 professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of a 1.4 million square foot building that includes complex infrastructure and critical systems.

What You'll Do:
Lead the daily operations and routine maintenance of physical building systems, ensuring top-tier service and performance in a Class A commercial environment.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and training to building operations staff to support their ongoing development and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for tenant and client relations, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
Oversee the tendering and management process for large-scale contracts, including the preparation and evaluation of RFQs/RFPs and client business cases.
Implement and manage ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives aligned with company and client sustainability goals.
Manage and lead within a Critical Systems Environment, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to support operational goals and continuous improvement across the portfolio.









Required Skills:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in building operations, with proven expertise in managing complex commercial properties.
At least 10 years of leadership experience managing teams within property or facilities management.
Strong technical background; Mechanical Engineering experience is an asset.
BES I and II certification preferred.
Extensive experience in working with high-profile Class A assets such as commercial sky towers, flagship shopping centers, or premium urban developments.
Proven success in developing and managing large-scale operations and maintenance teams.
Experience in ESG project implementation and contract tendering.
Background in Critical Systems Environments.

$115,000 to $140,000 base salary (CAD)
