Responsibilities:
--- Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure a seamless guest experience
--- Manage team scheduling, payroll, and performance tracking
--- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, professionalism, and customer care
--- Handle client concerns with grace and prompt resolution
--- Coordinate training, onboarding, and team development
--- Monitor inventory, product ordering, and supply levels
--- Support marketing promotions and client retention strategies
--- Lead by example in delivering outstanding service and leadership

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience in salon/spa management or a team leadership role is required
--- Current Pennsylvania Cosmetology License preferred, but not required
--- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
--- Experience with booking software and POS systems
--- Ability to multitask and manage both team and client expectations
--- Passion for luxury, beauty, and wellness
