Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Partnerships & Strategic Alliances.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage strategic partnerships across various tiers, focusing on B2B2C, brand, and B2B partnerships
Negotiate and manage strategic alliances, establishing joint ventures and long-term partnership agreements
Lead and mentor a team of partnership specialists, ensuring innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years experience in affiliate management, business development, or a similar role
Strong experience in developing and managing strategic alliances and partnerships, with a focus on B2B2C and B2B partnerships
Proven leadership skills with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
