As a Hybrid Audit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the audit process for our clients, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. You will be responsible for leading a team of auditors and working closely with clients to deliver high-quality services.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the audit process for clients in various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of auditors, providing direction and support to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact and building trust and confidence.
  • Provide recommendations and solutions to clients to improve their financial processes and controls.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and accounting standards.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
    • CPA required.
    • 5+ years of experience in public audit
    • Strong client interface experience, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
