Description:Wingstop Inc. is an American multinational chain of aviation-themed restaurants specializing in chicken wings. Wingstop locations follow a 1930s and 1940s pre-jet aviation theme. The restaurant chain was founded in 1994 in Garland, Texas, and began offering franchises in 1997. We are looking for team members who want to deliver a flavor experience. We are looking to hire a dynamic restaurant General Manager to lead our staff in providing quality eats and the best service in the industry. The primary role of the General Manager will be to work in tandem with the District Manager to manage day to day operations, inspire the front and back of the house teams, and drive results in his/her restaurant that will contribute in advancing a rapidly growing business. To be successful in this role, you should be able to attract, develop, and retain a team, foster and ensure a guest-first experience, and assist with developing plans to continually grow the business. DV&GR Enterprises operates 12 restaurants in Northeast Ohio and is growing rapidly. Must know how to use a computer, and able to learn how to operate other special equipment in-store. Competent in the key areas of responsibility which includes labor management, store operations, and customer care. Superior leadership, organizational and time management skills. Possesses a confident and professional demeanor. Inspires trust, models best practices and cultivates morale and teamwork among team members. Proactive problem-solver and decision-maker. Must thoroughly understand the importance of good hygiene and food handling practices. Flexible schedule required, including weekends and nights. High School preferred, but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
