Job Description:

The Customer Service Assistant Manager will assist the Customer Service Manager in day to day operation of Customer Service. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma required or GED equivalent 3-5 years of management experience in customer service Customer service background in a high volume call center environment, _preferred_ Ability to multi-task with a high volume call center Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Responsibilities and Duties: High volume call center support Distribute and audit mail/email being processed by Customer Service Representatives Review accounts for quality assurance Assist in interviewing potential CSRs Look for and report to manager to improve methods and efficiencies within the company Report daily on department progress to Customer Service Manager Monitor incoming call volume, que statistics, and resolution time to insure daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals are met by the team members. Work to drive and maintain KPI's as orchestrated by the company Gather information and find solutions to service related issues.
