_* Consider joining the Metal Exchange family as Talent Acquisition Manager based out of our Leetonia, Ohio office. This position develops sourcing strategy/recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates and oversees the preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials and processes to foster a positive candidate experience. Assist with the design, development and execution of communications, programs and policies that enable employee potential and are aligned with business objectives. To accomplish this, you'll work on key projects with the Human Resources Work Group as well as internal and external customers, while actively fostering a workplace culture that motivates employees, ensuring they are trained and developed to enjoy success in their role. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.*_

_*Responsibilities of the Role: *_

* Partner with business leaders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies based on the organization's needs and industry best practices
* Assess trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies. Effectively navigates and determines alternative options for challenging situations/positions.
* Develop and foster relationships with industry specific external partners to develop effective and efficient sourcing pipeline
* Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions (job requirements, qualifications, and skills) and establish hiring criteria for each position
* Establish Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B) recruitment best practices with effective approaches to attract, recruit, select, and hire
* Collaborate with hiring managers to screen candidate resumes and select qualified candidates
* Partner with hiring teams to coordinate and schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interviews and other hiring and selection materials and processes to foster a positive candidate experience
* Provide candidates with an overview of core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect and Drive, position requirements, compensation and benefits, company policies, and other pertinent information during the interview and the employment offer processes
* Partner with hiring managers and the HR Manager during the candidate employment offer process, providing position salary range details, potential start dates, and other pertinent information
* Facilitate employee onboarding, offboarding procedures and any additional functions that follow the employee lifecycle
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Proposing and implementing changes as necessary
* Plan and manage the daily social media components that contribute to the overall communications department mission while maintaining a positive image for the company
* Shape workplace culture: sponsor/host/manage employee events, offer support, boost engagement, and inspire growth
* Active member of the company-wide HR Working Group
* Support the strategic Human Resources initiatives as identified in the Business Operating Plans
* Other projects as assigned by Manager, Human Resources
* Regular attendance is required

_*Ideal Candidate Will Have: *_

* *Education*
* Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience required

* *Experience*
* Minimum of four years of experience in increasing responsibility in Human Resources preferred
* Minimum of four years of experience in professional and technical recruiting, with demonstrated success required

* *Other required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*

* A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment
* Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn and apply new skills
* Attentive to details and follows through on assigned tasks and commitments
* Flexible and driven to meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects and prioritize them appropriately
* Strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner
* Experience with ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise required
* Project management and change management skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Up to date on key federal, state and local laws and regulations
* Must be eligible to work in the United States, visa sponsorships are not available
