A financial services company is seeking a Remote Mortgage
Regional Sales Manager. Core Responsibilities of this position
include:Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing
annual sales quotasMaintaining Regional sales staff by recruiting,
selecting, orienting, and training employeesImplementing Regional
sales programs by developing field sales action plansSkills and
Requirements Include: Extensive knowledge of the mortgage
processSolid communication and speaking skillsGood organizational
and analytical skillsMinimum 2 years of proven industry results at
the Regional Sales Management Level or aboveKnowledge of how to
prepare and present a professional presentation or
proposalDemonstrated ability to build and maintain client
relationships
