Job Summary As ClinicalResource Director, you will be responsible for establishing and leading thesupply expense agenda for the clinical resource management program for ahospital(s). The position is responsible for reviewing and optimizing the grouppurchasing organization's contract portfolio and developing and executingproduct standardization with the value analysis committees. The ClinicalResource Director has a broad enterprise and segment influence and will need tobuild alliances with Hospital Leadership, Physicians and Supply Chain tosuccessfully execute their clinical supply expense plans. In this role,you will:

• Drive positivechange through program definition and driving initiatives that support thehealth care organizations' clinical expense agenda.
• Utilize broad enterprise and segment influence by building alliances withhospital leadership, physicians and supply chain to successfully execute theirclinical supply expense plans.
• Develops, implements, monitors and verifies facility(s) based productstandardization, contract compliance, product utilization, cost data, processimprovements and waste
• Identifies and implements supply expense margin improvement
• Ensures communication and education regarding product and procedure changesoccurs in all affected departments, to include physicians and medicalmanagement personnel Qualifications Educationand Experience Bachelor'sdegree required (Business, Health Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy or otherAllied Health Profession); Master's degree preferred. Will consider a graduateof a Professional School of Nursing with related experiences in healthcarevalue analysis, clinical supply chain, or acute care hospital performanceimprovement. 2+ years of clinical/healthcare experience; acute caresetting and patient care experience highly-- preferred. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel andPowerPoint--required. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, anddemonstrated personal time management/project prioritization skills LPN/RN,Certified Materials and Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Value AnalysisHealth Professional (CVAHP), or similar credential preferred If you findthis opportunity compelling,-- weencourage you to apply .
