Job Description:
Position Overview The Sr. Specialist- Trainer, Technical and
Electrical provides technical support and leads the design and
delivery of training programs for TEGG franchises. This role
identifies training objectives through needs analysis and addresses
skill gaps. Essential Duties Training Development & Delivery Design
and conduct technical training programs (classroom, on-site,
webinars). Create training materials, agendas, and instructor
guides. Develop hands-on lab experiments and simulations.
Administer written exams and assess certification requirements.
Mentor instructors and ensure consistency of course content.
Technical Standards & Support Maintain and update electrical
maintenance procedures per industry standards. Research new
technologies and implement updated standards. Provide technical
support to the contractor network. Ensure compliance with safety
requirements and ISO 9001 standards. Program & Vendor Management
Assist with National Vendor Program negotiations. Update
Confidential Manuals and pricing for new contractors. Investigate
value-added services for network differentiation. Customer &
Network Engagement Participate in client presentations and
maintenance agreement development. Support smooth transitions
between sales, administration, and operations. Specialized
Responsibilities Create and update Infrared Category 1 & 2 training
materials (BINDT/ASNT standards). Conduct IRT Category I & II
courses as a certified tutor. Maintain valid ASNT and/or BINDT
Infrared Level II certification. Requirements Experience: 10 plus;
years in Electrical Testing (energized/de-energized); OSHA/NFPA
electrical qualification; prior electrical training experience
required. Certifications: Infrared (ASNT/BINDT Level II),
Ultrasonic, NETA/NICET, ASN T Level III preferred. Additional
Desired Certifications: Journeyman Electrician, OSHA Instructor,
Level II/III Infrared, Ultrasound, Electrical Power Testing, NFPA
training, CESCP/CEST/CESW Safety Certificate. Additional Desired
Certifications: Journeyman Electrician, OSHA Instructor, Level
II/III Infrared, Ultrasound, Electrical Power Testing, NFPA
training, CESCP/CEST/CESW Safety Certificate. Pay: $74,200 -
$137,800 ?The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any
specific offer will vary based on the successful ? applicant’s
education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and
