Job Description Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our team as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of CNC and manual machines. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance will be critical in this role, as you work in a dynamic environment focused on high-quality precision manufacturing. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, CNC Grinders, Manual Machines, and Gearing Machines. Perform electrical maintenance tasks, including work with 480V systems. Implement and follow lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safety. Conduct mechanical maintenance, focusing on hydraulics and pneumatics systems. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate maintenance activities. Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve maintenance goals. Execute preventative maintenance on all production equipment to minimize downtime. Essential Skills At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience. High school diploma or GED. Proficiency in electrical maintenance, particularly with 480V systems. Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a machine shop environment. Skills in PLC troubleshooting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Twinsburg, OH.
