This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient production and precision of CNC machined parts, supporting numerous sectors. As a CNC Programmer Technician at Manpower, you will leverage advanced technical skills to program CNC machines, ensuring the delivery of high-quality parts that meet client specifications and standards. You will work in an environment that values innovation and efficiency, contributing to projects that impact various industries, from automotive to aerospace. Develop and modify CNC programs for various machines such as lathes and mills. Analyze drawings, blueprints, and design data to calculate correct part dimension for machines. Monitor the output of machines for signs of malfunction or deviation from standards and make necessary adjustments. Work with a team of machinists and other technicians to optimize production workflows. Maintain accurate records of program changes, machine maintenance, and production quantities. Implement and adhere to safety guidelines and regulations within the manufacturing floor. Proficiency in programming CNC machinery using CAD/CAM software Strong understanding of machining, tooling, and reading technical drawings Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues Excellent communication and teamwork skills Certification in CNC programming from a recognized institution Certified Production Technician (CPT) certification is a plus
