do best. Job Summary: TruCut Incorporated is seeking an experienced
Stamping Tool & Die Repair to join our skilled trades team. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting,
repairing, and maintaining progressive and transfer dies used in
high-speed stamping operations. Responsibilities: - Inspect,
troubleshoot, and repair stamping dies (progressive, line, and
transfer). - Disassemble and reassemble dies for repair and
preventive maintenance. - Sharpen, grind, and polish tool
components using surface grinders and other precision equipment. -
Identify and correct die performance issues such as misalignment,
excessive wear, and dimensional inaccuracies. - Assist with die
tryout and setup on stamping presses when required. - Maintain
detailed documentation of repairs and modifications. - Collaborate
with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure die
performance meets specifications. - Follow safety protocols and
maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications: -
Minimum 5 years of experience working in Tool & Die Repair within a
stamping environment. - Proficient in reading blueprints and die
drawings - Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. -
Skilled in the use of manual machining equipment (grinders, mills,
lathes). - Experience with progressive, line, and transfer dies. -
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. -
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Willingness
to work overtime or off-shifts as needed. Benefits: - A competitive
