Civil Project Engineer - Municipal Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed & Storm Water Infrastructures - Canton, OH - JOB 22-00238 Salary Range: Negotiable - Permanent Position with Benefits. One of the fastest growing architectural & engineering consulting firms is seeking to hire a full-time Water Resource Project Engineer to design a variety of projects while collaborating with other divisions on innovative plans. REQUIREMENTSBS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited programAn active Professional Engineering license is preferredMinimum of 5 years civil design experience working on Municipal Water, Wastewater, Reclaimed & Storm Water Infrastructures projects preferably in a consulting firm environment.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is preferred.Strong verbal and written communicationAbility to work independently and collaborativelyDemonstrates strong adherence to deadlinesStrong time management and organizational skills10% to 20% Travel is required.RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to all aspect of project planning, design, and construction documentation associated with municipal water, wastewater, reclaimed infrastructures, and storm water infrastructuresDemonstrate knowledge of civil engineering design practices, as well as the project development processWork collaboratively with engineering staff to prepare design calculations, drawings, and specifications for water and wastewater systems, municipal water, sewer and storm water projectsAssist the Project Manager in the review of client deliverables. Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
