A Software-as-a-Service provider is in need of a Remote Senior
Enterprise Technical Support Engineer II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Owning successful Support outcomes to ensure high customer
Leading problem management, root cause analysis, and preventative
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Accomplished communicator, influencer, and leader; able to work
with customers, users, senior level management
A minimum of 5-10 years of customer service related experience
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and/or comparable industry
certifications and experience
