Job Description As a Supervisor at CES, you will coordinate daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with environmental regulations. You’ll lead and mentor your team, conduct safety briefings, monitor quality, and maintain detailed records of project activities. Key responsibilities include managing resources, inspecting equipment, resolving on-site issues, and communicating effectively with other departments, clients, and subcontractors. By ensuring high safety and environmental standards, you’ll play a crucial role in the successful and efficient completion of each project. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support team and project goals. Responsibilities Understand landfill drawings Plan the project completion Coordinate personnel and delegates duties effectively Must have an in-depth knowledge of safety policies and procedures and ensures that they are followed Maintain records of work performed and materials used Continually update clients and project manager on progress Oversees and manages the training of recently hired laborers Know how to perform all task related to our work Mentor and develop team members Requirements: Qualifications Must be 19 years of age or older. Minimum 3 years supervising construction projects Must possess a valid driver's license in good standing. Must be willing to travel 3-6 weeks at a time, with one week spent at home each month, and comfortable with lodging in hotels. Must be capable of walking long distances, working extended hours, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs. Ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend and twist. The ability to work safely in extreme hot and cold weather conditions. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in safely operating vehicles and equipment, including pickup trucks and smaller machinery. Knowledge of heavy equipment, HDPE pipe fusion, able read site drawings Is a leader with excellent communication skills Ability to effectively collaborate with your team, office staff and clients Can critically think through problems and solve them Drug free Fluency in multiple languages is desirable. Having previous experience in Landfill or Construction industries is preferred Possession of specialized certifications or training is considered a bonus.
