Job Description Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a
school-based Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to provide
school-based services for a local school district in Aston, PA. /n
/nThis role is part-time 15 to 20 hours a week. /n /nPERKS:/n /n/t
- Access to our free resource library for assessments, articles,
and data collection sheets/n/t - This is a 1099 Independent
contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility. /n/t -
Access to our Behavioral Health Director for overall clinical
support/n/t - We offer competitive rates with reimbursement for
documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing./n/t - We
provide mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders./n/t -
School Based Academy: We provide the support and community a new
School Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and be
successful./n/t - Lending Library: Kelly Pediatric Therapy
recognizes the additional expense in providing evaluation
materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and
assessments for therapists to borrow as needed./n /nJOB
DESCRIPTION/n/n /n/t - FBA and BIP experience preferable./n/t -
Must have experience working with behaviors in a school-based
setting./n /nCompany Profile: /nEach year the number of students
receiving related services under Individuals with Disabilities
Education Act (IDEA) changes and grows. The need for expert
clinicians (like you!) to serve these students is the catalyst for

have reach their potential! /n /nQUALIFICATIONS:/n/n /n/t - Minimum
one year experience working with children or adolescents with
developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in a
school-based setting/n/t - Master's in ABA or related behavioral
field/n/t - Licensed in PA/n/t - Experience in applied behavior
analysis highly preferred/n/t - Crisis Intervention training
preferred/n/t - Able to problem solve and work effectively with
others/n/t - Valid DE driver's license and reliable
transportation/n/t - Completion of criminal background check, child
abuse clearance, and FBI clearance, with clearance approved;
Professional Liability Insurance required with required limits;
Certifications in CPR/First Aid/n /n/n myPTS /n /n /n/t/t/t/t
