They are looking for a motivated HR Graduate to support the HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Hybrid work schedule Excellent benefits and PTO Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. Maintain HR records and support employee engagement initiatives. Help coordinate training programs and company events. Handle employee inquiries and ensure HR compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and attention to detail. The Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter role is fully onsite in Brook Park, OH with a salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 depending on experience.
