Job Description:
Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Division
includes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care
through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school
programs . Our locations span a nationwide geographic footprint and
a diverse array of pedagogical approaches — including our
proprietary Links to Learning curriculum that draws from the
collective expertise of renowned early-age educators such as Dewey,
Piaget and Vygotsky; Montessori schools that embrace both
accredited Montessori methods – AMI (Association Montessori
Internationale ) and AMS (American Montessori Society); and
progressive language immersion programs in Mandarin and Spanish.
Summary: As a Kindergarten Teacher at Enchanted Care, you will
create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning
environments and activities that provide opportunities for students
to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning
objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with
other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the
school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and
student body. Hours : 8:00 - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Age Group: 4
- 6 year old's Certification: Pre-K - -3rd Grade Teaching
Certification Pay: 40,000 - 44,000 (Depending on experience and
education) Responsibilities: Culture : Positively influence your

Provides and maintains quality education programs . Ensures
successful implementation of approved curriculum. Health & Safety:
Prioritizes a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment.
Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing
requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and
internal policies and procedures. Educate, Inspire, Engage: Our
teachers are enthusiastic about developing life-long learners,
genuinely care about children, and possess the sensitivity and
knowledge to understand a child’s individual needs while fostering
an inclusive classroom. Relationship Building: Have a strong desire
to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators
and administrators. Develop and maintain interpersonal
relationships with the families, students, and school community.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of an associate degree in
early childhood education, Child Development Associates Credential
(CDA) or equivalent, preferred. Often carrying and lifting 25
pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds
(10-25%). Must have Pre-K - 3rd Grade Teaching Credential. Mission:
