We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional, and elevated experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This front desk role is essential to the daily operations of the spa and plays a key role in patient experience, communication, and practice flow. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails in a timely and professional manner Communicate current promotions, specials, and services confidently and comfortably Assist with patient questions, concerns, and issue resolution in a calm and solution-oriented way Perform administrative tasks including data entry, payment processing, and documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience Qualifications Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing services, specials, and promotions with patients Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work flexible and open availability hours for a full-time schedule Previous front desk, customer service, or medical/aesthetic experience is a plus (but not required) Compensation & Benefits $18/hour starting pay Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance benefits Supportive team environment with growth potential If you are passionate about customer service, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a growing med spa, we’d love to hear from you.
