We are currently seeking reliable Construction Laborers for Temporary and Temp-to-Hire, full-time positions in the Greater Pittsburgh Region. This is a unique opportunity to show off your positive attitude and carpentry skillset in order to transition into a permanent role with our customers. Role Details Status: Temporary and Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity to transition to permanent role after 6 months ) Location: Various Residential, Commercial, and Industrial project sites across the Greater Pittsburgh area Pay Rate: Up to $17 per hour Schedule: Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week) with potential for overtime Key Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks Perform site preparation and cleanup, including removing debris and potential hazards Load, unload, and distribute building materials and tools to appropriate work areas Operate hand and power tools such as jackhammers, saws, drills, and shovels Dig Trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth in preparation for construction Help assemble or dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and bracing Qualifications Experience: Prior construction or manual labor experience is preferred but not always required Requirements Reliable Transportation to local job sites Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and a strong commitment to job site safety Must proper PPE (hardhat, safety glasses, work gloves) Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and working from heights Benefits Weekly pay with direct deposit Comprehensive benefit options, including health, dental, and vision Other benefits include holiday pay, referral bonus, 401k enrollment, etc. A dedicated Recruiter to support your career growth potential permanent placement How to Apply To apply, please apply through this advertisement, or contact our Pittsburgh construction recruiting team directly at 412-731-8041 (Phone) / 412-731-8015 (Text)
