Job Description Job Description About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Field Supervisor to lead from the front—someone who knows how to win on the job site, coach field electricians, and ensure every customer experience is top-tier. You’ll split your time between running residential calls, supporting your crew in the field, and helping drive quality, safety, and growth across the team. Why You’ll Want to Work Here: Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics Performance pay directly tied to results – You deliver for us, we deliver for you Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match We invest in your future – ongoing training that directly results into bigger career opportunities combined with continuous education stipends Speed and scale – Work with a company that operates at the speed of a start up with the investment backing of an institutional investor Electrical Field Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Run service calls and generate revenue through high-quality residential electrical work Supervise and support a team of field electricians (typically 3–6 techs) Conduct regular ride-alongs and provide in-field coaching on technical skills and customer service Ensure adherence to electrical code, safety standards, and job site best practices Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing development of field staff Help resolve escalated customer issues or job complications with professionalism and care Maintain communication with the dispatch, sales, and operations teams Monitor job quality, efficiency, and performance metrics to help drive improvements Support inventory tracking, vehicle inspections, and tool compliance Electrical Field Supervisor Qualifications: Valid State Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred) Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience Prior experience leading or mentoring junior electricians strongly preferred Strong understanding of residential electrical systems, NEC code, and permitting processes Excellent customer communication and job-site professionalism Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support field operations Comfortable using service software, tablets, and job management tools Electrical Field Supervisor Interpersonal Qualifications : Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
