and leadership training Position Overview Were seeking an
experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead, coordinate,
and oversee commercial HVAC and refrigeration projects from kickoff
through completion. This role of this position operates primarily
in the field to ensure progress and accountability- ideal for a
strong leader with technical HVAC knowledge, excellent
organizational skills, and a passion for delivering projects on
time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Youll act as
the bridge between clients, technicians, vendors, and internal
leadershipensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer
satisfaction. Job Responsibilities Manage commercial HVAC and
refrigeration projects from planning through closeout Coordinate
field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers Develop project
schedules, budgets, and material takeoffs Maintains a field-first
presence, with limited office hours Monitor project progress,
costs, and timelines to ensure profitability Review drawings,
specifications, and scope of work for accuracy and completeness
Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and code
compliance Resolve project challenges proactively and efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates and managing
expectations Ensure projects meet company standards, safety
requirements, building codes and customer expectations Requirements
Proven experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical construction
project management Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems,
including packaged units, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration
Expertise in blueprint and technical drawing interpretation
Executes proactive scheduling strategies to eliminate delays and
ensure deadline compliance Excellent leadership, communication,
interpersonal and organizational skills Leverages knowledge of team
strengths to delegate work efficiently and coach for success Strong
commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Ability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving
and decision-making abilities Proficiency with project management
software (BuildOps) and Microsoft/ Google Suites Valid drivers
license with a clean driving record EPA Certification preferred (or
strong HVAC technical background) Job Type Full-time Pay: $90,000
annually , based on experience Benefits 401(k) with up to 5%

Commercial HVAC or mechanical construction: 3 years preferred
