Facilities Maintenance Technician Pay from $26 to $43 per hour

Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings a
beautiful place to work. Better together! This position is on-site,
and we are looking for people who share our passion. Hours: Monday
- Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Position Responsibilities Perform
routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and
alteration projects. Maintain electrical lighting, HVAC and
generator systems. Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and
interior doors and locks. Inspect and test fire protection systems.
Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities. Install
and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and
woodwork. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 3
- 5 years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC
or carpentry. Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in
a timely manner. Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs. A
