PURPOSE OF POSITION: To receive the incoming Service Center
material into the ERP system, log activities, and provide other
assistance as required. Process RMA requests in ERP system.
Specific Responsibilities: To receive the incoming Service Center
material into the ERP system, log activities, and provide other
assistance as required. 1. Create and coordinate all repair order
activity with external repair customers & partners 2. Receive
Customer Material into the ERP System per the company’s standard
operating procedures 3. Ensure there is no customer material in the
incoming queue at the end of business. 4. Deliver exceptional
customer service, ensuring all customer inquiries are addressed
promptly and professionally. 5. Use our systems and processes to
maintain accurate customer records, track service needs, and
monitor equipment status. 6. Assist with creating and posting
department metric information as needed 7. Handle multiple tasks in
a fast-paced environment, ensuring all responsibilities are
completed on time and in alignment with company goals. 8. Engage
with customers to promote our services, help manage leads, and
convert inquiries into business opportunities. 9. Develop an
environment of continual improvement through the use of Lean tools.
10. Promote the Bird Family Values through your actions – Trust,
Innovation, Teamwork, Achievemen,t and Accountability. 11. Be able
to explain key concepts of the Quality Policy, Quality Goals, and
complete requirements from ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
training. 12. Other Duties as Required KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
REQUIRED: • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Comfortable
using Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and other tools for all customer
interface communication and data management. • Strong
organizational skills: Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple
responsibilities simultaneously, and work efficiently under
deadlines. • Effective Communication: Demonstrated ability to
interact professionally and effectively with customers and team
members. • High School Diploma or equivalent: Required. • Knowledge
of Tools: Helpful but not mandatory. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate a computer and keyboard; able to use a phone; sit for long
periods; communicate using speech, hearing, and vision. Moderate
lifting - no greater than 20 lbs.; moderate reaching, pushing,
pulling, gripping, and grasping. Ability to adjust to varying
